Villaggio Residence Porto Corallo is situated in a natural painting of exceptional beauty, on the South-East coast of Sardinia, North of Costa Rei.
It is framed by green and beautiful nature, directly on the sea.
Sandy beaches and small bays are the ideal ingredients for an unforgettable vacation.
The residence, surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation, is composed of ground-floor apartments with small gardens or terrace, and first-floor apartments with balcony and panoramic view.
All apartments are fine furnished and equipped with kitchenette and bath-room.
On request it is possible to get barbecue.
In ca.
50–150 meters you can find small bays with rocks and stones.
The large beach with fine sand is far away from the apartments from 300 meters and ca 400-600 meters from Villas (maximum 900 meters for four-rooms apartment).
Services and sports: bar, restaurant, pizzeria, supermarket and several shops, sports centre and beach services with beach bar, sunshades and beach-beds; swimming-pool, 5-a-side soccer, tennis, pedal boats, excursions, water sports, diving centre.

Villaggio Residence Porto Corallo is located in Località Porto Corallo, in Villaputzu. From Cagliari: SS 125 in direction Muravera, once in Villaputzu, take exit to Porto Corallo to the right side. From Olbia: take the SS 131 Dcm (direction Nuoro), then take the SS 389 (direction Lanusei); take the new SS 125 in direction Cagliari, once in Villaputzu, take exit to Porto Corallo. From Arbatax: SS 125 in direction Cagliari, follow the sign road for Villaputzu; once in Villaputzu, take exit to Porto Corallo.

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY - Final cleaning: Euro 70,00 for Two-rooms apartment and for Three-rooms apartment, Euro 90,00 for Four-rooms apartment. Kitchenette must be cleaned before leaving, otherwise there will be a supplement of Euro 40,00; - Consumptions: Euro 21,00 per person per week for water, gas and electricity consumptions; - Club Card High Season (from 27/05 to 09/09): Euro 32,00 per person and per week (children of 5 years not completed excluded); it includes access to the swimming pool with sun umbrellas and deckchairs (subject to availability), collective sports activities conducted by professional instructors (aerobics, water aerobics), group lessons and tournaments (tennis, archery, soccer, mini-golf, water polo), beach activities, mini club, entertainment, evening events; - Deposit: Euro 150,00 (Euro 250,00 if there are pets) refundable at the end of the stay, upon inspection of facilities and functionality of all the amenities available. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible to the guests' home address. This property requires minimum stays of 7 nights, with arrivals and departures on Saturday and on Wednesday, from 01/07 to 09/09, and minimum stays of 3 nights, with daily arrivals and departures. in the remaining periods. Arrivals after 20.00 o'clock must be notified in advance. For arrivals after 20.00 o'clock, there will be a supplement of Euro 25,00; for arrivals after 24.00 o'clock, there will be a supplement of Euro 50,00.
