Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Child Policy
Children reductions when sharing the room with two adults: - Children from 0 and within 3 years: Euro 10,00 per day from 17/04 to 06/06 and from 13/09 to 02/11, Euro 15,00 per day from 07/06 to 12/09 for the baby cot (on request and with meals upon consumption to settle on property); - Children from 3 and within 12 years: 50% reduction on adult's rate from 18/04 to 07/06 and from 14/09 to 03/11, 30% reduction on adult'd rate from 08/06 to 13/09.
Cancellation Policy
Following penalty charges will be applied: - For cancellations made from 15 to 8 days before check-in 50% of the total booking amount will be charged; - For cancellations made from 7 to 4 days before check-in 75% of the total booking amount will be charged; - Cancellations made from 3 to 0 days before check-in, no-show and early departures will be charged in full (100%).
