B&B Le Pavoncelle was born in 2009, and it is located near the nature of Monte Urpinu, and a few minutes away from the beautiful Basilica di Bonaria in Cagliari.
In front of the property the guests will find a bus stop which connects the area with the beautiful Poetto, the beach of Cagliari, and the city centre.
The bed and breakfast is equipped with a private garden and bedrooms furnished in a typical Sardinian style.
The rooms feature wrought iron beds, flat screen TV, air conditioning, safe, and free Wi-Fi connection, private bathrooms with shower, three towels per person, a hairdryer, and toiletries.
From the Harbour or the Train Station: Drive along Via Roma towards Viale Diaz, then go into Viale Diaz and drive for 1.4km. Turn left into Via Messina, then take the third right into Via Milano. Go straight on until you are in Via Corsica, then turn left into Via Della Pineta and drive for 500 meters. Finally, turn right into Via Dexart. From Cagliari-Elmas Airport Mario Mameli: Follow the indication to Cagliari. Take the second exit at the roundabout, to SS391, then drive towards Cagliari. At the second roundabout take SS131dir and drive for 3.7km, then enter the Asse Mediano di Scorrimento and drive for 5.4km. Take the exit to Monte Urpinu/Ospedale Binaghi/Inversione di marcia. At the roundabout take the second exit to Via Conversi then drive along Via Is Guadazzonis for 600 meters. Turn right into Via Garzia Raffa and drive for 350 meters, finally turn left into Via Giovanni Dexart.

Payment Policy
12% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property. The balance payment should be done by credit card VISA, Carta Si, Paypal, Bancomat.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
